Two-component, water-based epoxy resin primer with high abrasion and chemical resistance. It can be applied to asphalt and damp concrete surfaces. It provides high penetration into concrete and excellent adhesion to mineral surfaces. Suitable as a primer before epoxy, polyurethane and polyurea topcoats.
