Two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin primer capable of curing on damp concrete. It provides an excellent adhesion bridge and high penetration. Its moisture-tolerant formulation makes it suitable for concrete, cementitious and epoxy mortars and as a primer before polyurea and polyurethane applications.
